Week 2

Well Week 2 hasn't been the best.  We have VBS at church and we have been busy, busy, busy.  Eating out most nights just so we can get to the church.  No time to walk.  I lost 1 lb so I guess that is good. 

This week my goal is to write down everything that I eat and to make sure I walk 3 times during the week. I hope to do more than just the 3 times but that is the goal.
